When will customer service ever have no links to SALES!!

I HATE SALES OVERRATED.

To me, it defeats the purpose of customer service. The customer can't enjoy a simple treatment and leave peacefully without listening to the sales speech, package promotions.

Normal upselling is ok, as in I've a choice just say no.
But stop asking me like every treatment/month/visit.

Stress.
Hierarchy.
Sales target.
Commission percentage.
Annual bonus.
Incentives.

all those stuff really really doesn't bother me so much.

Why can't everyone co-exist and work together happily.

Just ranting.
I know that's a hard fact, I get my monthly pay from the total "sales" and profits too.
