Cheers!

I just completed the Cake-Making Workshop today!
It was a huge success,
the cake turned out marvellously.
It didn't flop, nor burn.
Not too sweet/watery/hard.

just perfect.

The teacher is indeed a talent.
She's a master of all the cakes on earth.
Chocolate fudge cake, fruit tarts, kueh lapis, tiramisu, brownies,
you name it, she knows it!

I think the key ingredients for cake-making is lots of passion and..interest and love.




I envision myself being a happy tai-tai in future.
And also a talented baker!

Hmm...
just need to save for a handy oven. .
