Cheers to my last day of part-time work today!

Anw, today started off in a really awful way ..

Due to Sat/Sun being the busiest days for nails appointments,
the usual supply of manicurists is barely enough to handle the customers who booked.
( all kinds of women: ladies, tai-tais, shoppers, tourists, students, housewives etc)

And it can be so packed till appointments have to be made like one week ago if you want your manicure done.

Therefore, most walk-in customers have to face disappointment.
And the worst scenario you can imagine - manicurists taking M/C on any weekend.
.................
calling the whole list of customers to apologize and shift their appointments,
explaining, pleading, promising, and ultimately,
getting shouted, screamed, cursed at.

Wow,
I'm so lucky right?
The moment I start work today ,I experienced "all of the above",
and just to add..... I had to manage alone till noon.

Nevertheless, I'm glad it's over.
I'll view it as a form of training/ customer service. =)

I've got other happy things to make-up for,
like helpful colleagues, lovely caring friends.
